Joanie Meyers, LMSW
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in Florida. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, grief and bereavement, and peri-mental health concerns. My therapeutic approach integrates CBT, DBT, IFS, somatic practices, mindfulness, and strength-based therapy. I place a strong emphasis on emotional awareness and regulation helping clients identify internal thoughts and feelings, stay present in the moment, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
