Succeeding with ADHD

This 10-week group offers a supportive and skill-building space for adults (18+) navigating the challenges of ADHD—including difficulties with focus, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through.

Through a blend of psychoeducation, practical strategies, and group processing, participants will explore how ADHD shows up in their daily lives and learn evidence-based techniques to improve attention, reduce overwhelm, and build sustainable habits. Weekly 60-minute sessions focus on strengthening executive functioning through topics like task initiation, memory, distraction management, and motivation.

By learning and processing in community, members gain tools, insight, and confidence to better manage their ADHD and create systems that work for them.
